The Texas Hill Country Fly fishers Club PHWFF Program

The THCFF program began in April 2023 with club members Walter Lee as the Program Lead assisted by and Pat Lee. 

Meetings are held twice a week:

• Tuesdays from 5pm-7:30pm at 451 Guadalupe St, Kerrville Tx.
• Wednesdays from 2:00pm - 5:00pm at the Fredericksburg VFW at 710 South Washington St, Fredericksburg Tx.    
• A SECOND MONDAY of the month a session is held at the Convalescent Living Center at the Kerrville Texas VA Hospital.

About PHWFF

Project Healing Waters Fly Fishing is unique in that our volunteers are teaching classes on an on-going, long term basis. It is much more than a one-time fishing trip.

Our program provides basic fly fishing, fly casting, fly tying and rod building classes for participants whose skills range from beginners who have never fished before, to those with prior fly fishing and tying experience.

Project Healing Waters Fly Fishing, Inc. is dedicated to the physical and emotional rehabilitation of disabled active military service personnel and disabled veterans through fly fishing and associated activities including education and outings.

Project Healing Waters Fly Fishing (PHWFF) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization incorporated in the State of Maryland. PHWFF is dependent on tax-deductible, charitable donations and the help of numerous volunteers to meet the educational, equipment, transportation, and related needs of its participants.
